Kathy Lesnoff leads Mosaic Pregnancy & Health, in two permanent locations and one mobile clinic, near St. Louis, Illinois. She knows, because her clinic is leading the fight against the State of Illinois on multiple fronts.

But Kathy was not always battling abortion and freedom for faith-based pregnancy resource centers. In fact, she once worked for one of the largest abortion clinics in Illinois, until God radically changed her perspective on life.
